Hi, This lot is a set of 5 Wisdens. 1949 1950 1953 1954 and 1956 Original Wisdens , Rebound with the Original Covers. In Good to Very Good condition. The Binding is Excellent. 1956 is 9/10 This Wisdens are very nicely bound , they have leather corners and spine area, gilt to the spine and patterned to the main area of the boards, the binding itself would be about £100 per book, well above the sale price here! £400 to £500 in rebinding costs for under £200! The covers are a touch worn except for the 1956 which is excellent, you don't see many 40s bound being linens. Internally the books are in good condition with some wear but excellently bound.
