1896 soft-cover edition rebound in green calf covers with gilt to spine and “Wellington” on front cover.  Binding scuffed at edges and on spine, but wording perfectly clear.  Page block gold edged.  Without covers and front and rear advertisements and, sadly, missing plate of WG Grace and the advertising page that was opposite the plate. Otherwise complete.  Pages trimmed, but no text missing.  Binding seems strong other than first/last few pages.  Some random foxing.  Believed to be from Wellington College library, but absolutely no library markings. This would have been an expensive rebind in its day and, though missing ads, covers and plate, deserves to be called more than a reference copy. The pictures should tell their own story, but please ask if you would like more or have any questions.
